Is this project worth bidding on?
The answer is in the contract programme and the contract terms — in the liquidated damages, the interim deadlines, the guarantee periods, the securities — not in the drawings. They have to be read before you decide whether to estimate at all.
The contract's hard terms gathered into a single view in the application (KPI row + table) and as a downloadable Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx).
The estimator always makes the decision.
Three outputs from the same documents
The contract's hard terms in one view
Liquidated damages, interim deadlines, guarantee periods, securities and payment terms all bear on the same decision, but they are scattered across the contract programme, the contract terms and the appendices. Read together, they show how tightly the contract is already drawn.
Findings you can verify yourself
AI has been tried before, and it has not always worked. So every finding is built to be checked, not believed.

Example finding from a Finnish tender document. The product interface is in Finnish.
Questions to the client before the deadline
An unclear clause is worth asking about while the question period is still open — not once the site is already running.
You send the questions to the client before the question period closes.

Example request for clarification, generated from the tender documents. The product interface is in Finnish.
When one person reads the whole folder
Tender invitations arrive through Hilma (the Finnish public procurement portal), a construction consultant, or a project bank. In a large company the folder is split between an estimating team. In a company with revenue below EUR 10 million it is often read by one person — the estimator, or the managing director — between everything else.
A contractor estimates 4–10 times more projects than it wins.
Most of that reading is spent on projects that will not be won. That is why the bid / no-bid decision is worth making before the evening goes into estimating.
Struko does not replace your estimating software. It produces the input for the stage before it — the moment when you decide whether the project is worth estimating at all.
Three steps
You send the folder as it is
A folder or a zip. No renaming, no picking out individual documents. The smallest workable folder is the contract programme, the contract terms and the invitation to tender.
The documents are analysed
Every uploaded file is virus-scanned and its type is verified from the content.
AI analysis runs in Vertex AI's EU region; the production environment refuses to start if the region is not in the EU/EEA.
You get one view to support the bid decision
We tell you where the term is written and what is worth doing about it. The estimator makes the decision.

Struko Oy
Struko Oy is a Finnish B2B software company, registered in Finland in June 2026. We build software for the stage that comes before construction cost estimating.
A Finnish contractor bidding on a construction project receives a tender folder — typically several hundred pages of PDF documents: the contract programme, the contract terms, technical specifications and appendices. Before deciding whether to bid at all, someone has to read them and find the terms that carry commercial risk: liquidated damages, interim deadlines, guarantee periods, deviations from the standard Finnish general conditions (YSE 1998). In a company with fewer than ten employees that reading is usually done by one person, between everything else, against a deadline.
Struko analyses that folder and gathers the contract's key commercial terms into a single view, with an extract and a page reference for each one, so the contractor can decide whether to bid before spending days on the estimate. The service does not include quantity take-off, and it does not recommend whether to bid — the estimator makes the decision.
The product is in development. The first pilots with Finnish contractors will start during autumn 2026. Struko is sold per analysed contract; pricing on request.
